Dikova Sarka Country Park - Urban Mission
Only 20 minutes from Wenceslas Square here you will find dramatic slate gorges, fresh water lakes and the scarce Black Woodpecker if you're lucky. This particular species can be found across Europe and as close to the UK as northern France but you've got a good chance of clocking one here.
Letna Park, Mala Strana - Urban Hour
The baroque "Little Quarter" otherwise known as Mala Strana is perfect for romantic strolls down cobble-stoned streets. Letna Park on the western side of the Vltava River overlooks this picturesque town and is a wooded haven for Hawfinches, Honey Buzzards and visiting lovebirds (sweet).
